- Small acts of kindness :)
We’re reposting this one in case you missed it yesterday, and even if you didn’t we’re sure you won't mind seeing it again… We were with The Pittsburgh Steelers star Brett Keisel when he fished with some Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh patients Thursday. When Brett was having a little trouble reeling in a big catch – he called for reinforcement. “Marty! I need someone strong!!!” We LOVE this! Enjoy your Friday WPXI-TV Pittsburgh! http://www.wpxi.com/news/news/local/must-see-chp-patient-hooks-catch-lifetime-steelers/ngFNS/

- Shout out two of two: we have an awesome dad/student who has made us beautiful benches, cubbies, and other various wood creations over the years. Last week he came in while we were closed and trimmed the wood border on the floor so that the mats sit flat. He has this incredible attention to detail in everything he does. He could have just trimmed down the boards, but instead he added corner molding, refit the floor boards and basically made our dojo just a little more special. Thanks Scott Welden for being a true artist:) — at KLC Dojos Teaching Villari's Martial Arts.
